Garlic Salad Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 medium onion
    1 c. sliced sour pickles
    2 hard-boiled eggs
    3 to 4 cloves fresh garlic or more if you like
    1 c. oil (I use olive oil)
    4 Tbsp. ketchup
    2 c. mayonnaise (I use fat-free)
Preparation
    Grind pickles and garlic together.
    Mix oil, ketchup and mayonnaise.
    Blend with the ground up ingredients.
    Makes about 3 pints.
    Refrigerate.
    (This makes enough to share with a friend.)
