Caramel Pecan Baked Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large apples
    2 tsp. butter
    2 Tbsp. caramel topping
    2 Tbsp. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Core apples and peel strips from top of each.
    Place 1 in custard cup.
    Fill core with 1 teaspoon butter.
    Microwave 2 minutes.
    Top each with 1 tablespoon caramel topping and 1 tablespoon nuts.
    Cook 30 seconds; let stand.
