Lasagne - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 to 2 lb. lean ground beef
1 to 2 jars or cans of your favorite spaghetti sauce
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
onion (if desired)
2 eggs
grated Parmesan cheese
pkg. lasagne noodles
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
extra garlic (salt or powder)
1 to 2 pkg. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 large cottage cheese
1 Tbsp. cooking oil
Preparation

Brown beef and drain off fat. I cook mine in a 350\u00b0 oven with water about 30 minutes. Put beef, after salting with garlic salt, in a large saucepan. Add jars of sauce, tomato sauce and paste. Let simmer on stove. Boil water with salt added; put oil in at same time as noodles. Boil 10 to 13 minutes; drain water off of noodles. In 13 x 9-inch (at least) pan, layer sauce, cheese (mix eggs with cottage cheese), shredded cheese and Parmesan cheese. It makes about 2 layers. Don't put final layer of cheese until a few minutes before removing from oven or it will burn. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
