Ingredients

2 medium bananas, frozen
1/4 c. skim milk
1 c. frozen strawberries
2 packets Equal
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 c. skim milk
Preparation

Peel bananas, wrap in foil and freeze for several hours.
Chop bananas into about 1-inch long slices.
Place bananas in blender with 1/8 to 1/4 cup skim milk and blend at medium speed, turning blender on and off to combine bananas and milk (consistency should be lumpy).
Add strawberries (or other frozen fruit), a few at a time.
Add Equal, vanilla and enough milk to make a creamy consistency.
It is done when mixture has look of soft serve ice cream.
This mixture does not freeze well, but may be frozen up to about 30 minutes.
