Mushroom Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. corn meal
    2 tsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. liquid oil
    1 c. skim milk
    1 can cream of mushroom soup (condensed)
    4 eggs (Egg Beaters)
    4 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    For Microwave: Combine dry ingredients.
    Stir in soup, milk and Egg Beaters.
    Pour into microwave-safe 4-quart bowl. Microwave on High for approximately 6 minutes or until surface appears dry.
    Remove and allow to sit approximately 5 minutes before serving.
