Steamed Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 head fresh cabbage
    1/2 stick butter
    1/4 c. hot water
    pinch of red pepper
    salt
Preparation
    Chop
    fresh
    cabbage.
    Put
    in skillet with butter, hot water and
    a pinch of red pepper.
    Cook over high heat 8 to 10 minutes. Do not overcook.
    Sprinkle with salt and serve.
