Ralph'S Dirty Baked Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large Idaho potatoes
    2 or 3 Yukon Gold potatoes
    2/3 C. butter
    2/3 C. flour
    6 C. milk
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 C. sour cream
    3/4 tsp. salt
    2 C. shredded cheese
    6 green onions, snipped into small pieces
    12 slices bacon, fried crisp and crumbled
Preparation
    Bake the potatoes and cut into strips (1/2 to 1/4 inches). Leave the skins on and use a clean pair of scissors to cut into small pieces. Put pieces into a gallon zip lock bag and smash them-leaving some pieces whatever size you like in you soup.
