Cheesy Fondue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 1/2 c. dry white wine or apple juice
    dash of ground nutmeg
    dash of ground red pepper
    1 French bread loaf, cut into cubes
    1 large Granny Smith apple, cut into wedges
Preparation
    Combine cheeses and flour; toss to coat.
    Bring wine to simmer over medium heat in fondue pot.
    Gradually add cheeses, stirring until melted.
    Stir in nutmeg and pepper.
