Orange-Pineapple Congealed Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. orange-pineapple gelatin
    1 can frozen orange juice (small)
    1 can crushed pineapple (large)
    1 can mandarin oranges
    1/2 c. nuts (optional)
Preparation
    Dissolve gelatin in 2 cups of hot water.
    Add orange juice, pineapple, drained oranges and nuts, if desired.
    Chill until firm. Serve on lettuce.
