Ingredients

3 lb. roast
1/4 c. wine vinegar
1/4 c. cooking oil
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
6 small potatoes
6 carrots
1 medium onion
Preparation

Peel potatoes and carrots. Place in large Dutch oven or slow cooker with roast and halved onion. Combine other ingredients and pour over roast. Cover and simmer over medium heat approximately 3 hours.
