Apricot Glazed Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. boneless, skinless chicken parts
1/4 c. reduced calorie French dressing
2 Tbsp. reduced calorie apricot spread
1 Tbsp. minced onion flakes
1 packet instant beef flavored broth mix
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. water
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Place chicken in a baking pan that has been sprayed with a nonstick cooking spray.
In a small bowl combine remaining ingredients.
Mix well and spread over chicken. Bake, uncovered, for 1 hour.
Makes 4 servings with 283 calories, 31 g protein, 14 g fat, 7 g carbohydrate and 99 mg cholesterol each.
