Stuffed Zucchini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 zucchini
    1 1/2 to 2 lb. hamburg
    Minute rice
    onion
    eggs
    tomato paste or soup
    cheese (your choice)
Preparation
    Mix hamburg, rice, onion and eggs.
    Slice zucchini lengthwise.
    Hollow out seeds.
    Place stuffing in zucchini and put in 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Cover with soup or paste.
    Sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
