Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. cooked, diced chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 small can water chestnuts, chopped
1/2 c. mayonnaise
4 c. cooked rice
butter or margarine
cracker crumbs
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in butter.
Cook rice according to package directions.
Add chicken, soup, water chestnuts and mayonnaise to onion and celery mixture.
Pour rice into buttered casserole dish.
Pour in chicken mixture and top with crushed crackers.
Dot with butter and bake at 400\u00b0 until bubbly for about 30 minutes.
