Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. frozen diced hash browns
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. onions, finely chopped
1 pt. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Preparation

Allow hash browns to thaw.
Mix all ingredients together and place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
