Hash Brown Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. shredded yellow cheese
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 (32 oz.) bag frozen (loose pack) hash browns, thawed
    1 c. crushed corn flakes
    1 Tbsp. melted margarine
Preparation
    In a very large bowl, combine cheese, soup, sour cream, onion, 1/2 cup margarine, salt and pepper; mix well.
    Fold in hash browns.
    Pour mixture into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Toss together corn flake crumbs and 1 tablespoon margarine. Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until casserole is golden brown and potatoes are tender.
    Serves 10.
