Pina Colada Fruit Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) carton whipped topping, thawed
1 (12 oz.) carton small curd low fat cottage cheese (1 1/2 cups)
1 15 oz. can chunk pineapple
1 4 oz. pkg. lemon gelatin (dry)
1 3 1/2 oz. bag flaked coconut (1/2 - 1 cups)
1/2 tsp. coconut extract (optional)
1/2 tsp. pineapple extract (optional)
Preparation
