Peaches Stuffed With Macadamia Nuts And Apricot Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 fresh, large peaches
    1/2 lb. Macadamia nuts
    1/2 lb. butter
    6 apricots
    2 Tbsp. allspice
    1 c. sugar
    1/4 c. brandy
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    In a large boiler, boil peaches for 2 minutes.
    Remove from boiling water and immerse in cold water.
    Remove from cold water and cut tops off peaches; core pit.
    Cut a small area off the bottom so the peach will stand up straight.
    Stand in greased baking dish.
