Sweet-Sour Meat Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    3/4 c. applesauce (White House best)
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/2 c. Special K cereal
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together in small balls (egg size) in baking dish. Mix 1/2 cup catsup and 1/2 cup water and pour over top of meat balls.
    Bake 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Freezes well.
