Pineapple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
salt and vanilla (optional)
1 tsp. soda
1/2 c. oil
1 can crushed pineapple
1 c. coconut (or less)
Preparation

Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes in sheet pan.
Ice with powdered sugar icing.
May use half the coconut in icing.
