Cinnamon Apples - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 c. water
    1/2 lb. red hot candies
Preparation
    Boil together for about 15 or 20 minutes. Then add 8 to 10 cups peeled, quartered apples (Jonathans are good). Simmer until apples are tender.
    This is a big recipe.
