Barbecue Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (2 1/2 or 3 lb.) chicken
    15 oz. bottle your favorite barbecue sauce
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    2 c. water
Preparation
    Place chicken in crock-pot.
    Add water, salt, pepper and garlic powder.
    Cook on high until hot.
    Cook on low overnight.
    Cool, skin, bone and remove fat.
    Pull apart and chop.
    Add barbecue sauce; mix thoroughly.
    Place in baking dish.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
