Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 c. grated American cheese
4 Tbsp. grated onion
1 pt. sour cream
1 stick melted butter
Preparation

Combine soup, cheese, onion, sour cream and melted butter. Mix well.
Add hash browns to soup mixture and place in lightly greased 9 x 13-inch dish or pan.
Melt 1/4 cup of butter; mix with 1 stack crushed saltine crackers and spread over top of casserole. Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
