Caramel Toffee Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. margarine, at room temperature
    3/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1 egg yolk
    2 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. vanilla
    8 oz. sweet milk chocolate morsels
    1/2 c. coconut (optional)
Preparation
    Cream margarine and sugar.
    Add egg yolk.
    Beat until light. Stir in flour, salt and vanilla.
    Pat firmly into a lightly buttered 13 x 9-inch cake pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes or just until light golden brown.
