Scalloped Spinach With Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. spinach, drained
    1/2 c. cheese, cut in pieces
    2 c. buttered bread crumbs
    3 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
    1 c. thick white sauce
Preparation
    Divide spinach, sauce, cheese, eggs and crumbs.
    Place in alternate layers in casserole.
    Dot with butter.
    Begin and end with bread crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until crumbs are browned. (Liquid from spinach may be used to prepare white sauce.)
    Yield: 4 servings.
