Green Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. peeled, thinly sliced green tomatoes
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/4 tsp. salt
    5 Tbsp. flour
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Peel tomatoes with a vegetable peeler or immerse in boiling water until skins will slip off, about 3 minutes.
    Slice very thin and measure.
