Kentucky Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    4 eggs
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Separate eggs.
    Beat egg whites; set aside.
    Mix other ingredients (flour, sugar, oil, drained pineapple, egg yolks and hot water).
    Mix well.
    Add egg whites, nuts and cinnamon.
    Bake 1 hour and 10 minutes in a 325\u00b0 oven.
