Easy Green Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (20 ct.) pkg. corn tortillas
    1 lb. cooked ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can chopped green chili peppers
Preparation
    Dip each corn tortilla in hot cooking oil to soften tortilla so it will be easier to work with.
    Mix both cans of soup and chili peppers in a separate bowl.
    Dip each tortilla in soup mixture after dipping in hot cooking oil.
    Put 2 tablespoons meat in center of tortilla and roll up.
    Put in pan.
    Roll each tortilla the same until pan is full.
    When pan is full, pour remainder of soup mixture over enchiladas and sprinkle with shredded cheese of choice.
    Cook for 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until cheese is melted.
