Crumb Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. brown sugar
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 lb. melted butter
    1 egg
    1 c. sour milk
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Add 2 tablespoons lemon juice to milk to sour.
    Combine brown sugar, 2 cups flour, salt and butter.
    Take out 1 scant cup and put aside.
    Add all remaining ingredients (except cup of flour and brown sugar mixture) and mix well.
    Pour into 13 x 9-inch greased and floured pan.
    Sprinkle with mixture in cup already set aside. Sprinkle cinnamon on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 35 minutes. Check for doneness by touching top, bounces back.
    Excellent with egg souffle or just coffee.
