Sauerkraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sauerkraut
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. chopped green pepper
    2 Tbsp. pimento
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/3 c. sugar
    1/4 c. oil (optional)
    1 small can crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Drain kraut and rinse if desired.
    Mix other ingredients in kraut and let marinate for an hour or longer.
