Amish No Peek Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. rice
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. water
1 cut up chicken fryer
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
Preparation

Place all ingredients but chicken and soup mix in glass casserole dish.
Mix well.
Put chicken on top, then sprinkle soup mix on top.
Cover and bake 2 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Do not uncover until done.
