Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
1 large onion, chopped
1 bulb garlic, chopped fine or crushed or 1 small can green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can enchilada sauce or 1 small can taco sauce
3/4 lb. cheese, grated
12 corn tortillas, soft (frozen)
1 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

In skillet or large pot, brown meat in oil. When brown, add onion and garlic. Saute 3 minutes. Turn off heat and add soups and sauce. Cook on medium heat until almost boiling. Add cheese (cut into pieces) until creamy. Stir often to prevent sticking.
Line baking dish with broken soft tortillas.
Spoon layer of meat sauce and layer of tortilla, ending with meat sauce. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes. Serve with toasted tortillas.
