Beef-A-Roni(A Skillet Meal; Large Skillet) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef (lean)
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1 small can tomatoes
    1 c. water (if too thick you can add more)
    1 clove garlic or garlic powder
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. dried parsley
    1 tsp. basil
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 small box macaroni
    1 small onion, chopped
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    American or Mozzarella cheese
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Prepare macaroni according to directions.
    While macaroni is cooking, brown ground beef in oil in a large skillet.
    Add onions, celery, green pepper, oregano, basil, parsley, garlic, salt and pepper.
    When beef mixture is done, add tomato paste, tomatoes and 1 cup water. Simmer about 10 minutes.
    Add macaroni and cook about 5 minutes more.
    Sprinkle Parmesan, then other cheese on top of beef and macaroni. Cover, turn off heat and let stand 2 or 3 minutes until cheese is melted.
    Serves 4 to 6.
