Chicken Parmigiana - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 skinned and boned chicken breasts halves
    1/2 c. milk
    1/3 c. Italian seasoned bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese, grated
    1 (14 1/2 oz.) can Italian stewed tomatoes, chopped
    1 small can tomato sauce (mix with tomatoes)
Preparation
    Dip chicken in milk; dredge in bread crumbs; set aside.
    Heat olive oil in large skillet over medium heat until hot; add chicken and cook 4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
    Remove from skillet and place chicken in baking dish.
    Pour sauce over chicken, top with cheese and bake at 350\u00b0 until cheese begins to turn golden brown (15 minutes).
