Orange Congealed Salad(Low Cal) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/3 c. fat-free cottage cheese
    1 large can (15 1/2 oz.) crushed pineapple (in unsweetened juice)
    1 large or 2 small pkg. orange jello (may use any flavor you like, sugar-free jello)
Preparation
    Drain pineapple and reserve juice.
    Heat 1 1/2 cups water and pineapple juice.
    Add jello and stir.
    Add 2 packages Equal.
    Add 1 1/2 cups cold water.
    Put in refrigerator; let slightly thicken. Add crushed pineapple and cottage cheese and mix well.
    (Beat cottage cheese with mixer.) Let set in refrigerator.
    Makes 8 servings.
