Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, cooked, deboned, skinned and cut into bite sized pieces
    2 cans cream of chicken or mushroom soup
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 stack Ritz crackers, crumbled
    1 stick oleo, melted
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Line a buttered casserole dish with chicken.
    Heat soups.
    Combine with sour cream.
    Pour over chicken.
    Sprinkle with cracker crumbs.
    Drizzle with melted oleo. Bake at 350\u00b0 until mixture bubbles, about 15 to 20 minutes.
