Salad Supreme - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small pkg. orange jello
1 medium can crushed pineapple
1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
3/4 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. plain flour
2 eggs, beaten
chopped nuts
Preparation

Drain pineapple, saving juice.
Mix jello according to directions and pour into 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
When almost congealed, add pineapple and nuts.
Congeal completely.
Mix cream cheese and Cool Whip and spread on jello.
Cool.
To pineapple juice, add lemon juice, sugar, flour and eggs.
Cook over low heat until thick.
Chill.
When cool, pour over jello-cream cheese.
