Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/4 c. Karo syrup (light)
    1 stick butter
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    4 qt. popped popcorn
Preparation
    Notice:
    Use a brown grocery bag; cut 6 to 8 inches off the top to fit in the microwave.
