Pecan Fingers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. shortening (make with half butter)
3/4 c. confectioners sugar
1 1/2 c. flour
2 eggs
1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation

Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix shortening and confectioners sugar thoroughly.
Stir in flour.
With hands, press and flatten mixture in ungreased oblong pan, 9 x 13-inches.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes.
