Mexican Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lbs. ground meat
    2/3 c. picante sauce in loaf
    1/3 c. picante sauce for top of loaf
    1 c. crackers
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Combine ground meat, 2/3 c. picante sauce, crackers and eggs. Form into a loaf and place in greased loaf pan; top with picante sauce.
    Bake at 350 degrees for 1-1/2 hours.
