Angel Flake Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    2 1/2 Tbsp. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    3 1/4 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 1/4 tsp. baking powder
    1/8 tsp. baking soda
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in water; set aside.
    Combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar and salt.
    Cut in shortening to flour mixture.
    Combine yeast mixture, butter and buttermilk.
    Mix in flour mixture.
    Knead lightly on floured board and cut.
    Place in buttered baking dish and brush with butter.
    Let rise 30 minutes. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
