Cabbage Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick butter, melted
1 medium onion, chopped
1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, melted
1 can cream of chicken soup
4 pieces bread, toasted and crumbled, or Pepperidge Farm cornbread stuffing mix
1 medium cabbage head
Preparation

Slice and boil cabbage. Drain well. Melt butter and Velveeta; cook onion with this while melting. (Can do this in microwave.) Add soup (it blends better if warm when adding). Place cabbage in large casserole dish. Top with cheese mixture, then crumbled bread (or stuffing mix) on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
