Leftover Turkey Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. deboned, chopped turkey
    2 cans cream of mushroom soup
    1 pkg. dry onion soup
    1 pkg. dry lemon and herb soup
    1 Tbsp. lemon pepper
    1 c. cooking sherry
    1 c. water
    1 can onion rings
Preparation
    Mix turkey, soups, pepper, sherry and water together in a large mixing bowl.
    Pour into a large baking dish.
    Bake for one hour at 375\u00b0.
    Remove casserole from the oven; stir.
    Top with onion rings and bake 10 more minutes.
    This is good served over mashed potatoes.
