Pate Chinois - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 lb. chopped meat
1 onion
6 medium mashed potatoes
1 can creamed corn
Preparation

Brown onion and meat. Drain.
Boil and mash the potatoes (milk, butter and seasoning).
Place drained meat on bottom. Top with creamed corn.
Place mashed potatoes on top of corn and season to taste. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
