Company Cauliflower - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large head cauliflower
    1/3 c. butter
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    2 c. milk
    1 bunch broccoli (optional)
    1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
    1 can mushrooms, drained
    3 Tbsp. white flour
Preparation
    Steam cauliflower for 10 minutes.
    Steam broccoli for 5 minutes
    and add to cauliflower.
    Heat butter in frying pan and brown green pepper, celery and mushrooms until softened.
    In a small bowl, mix milk and flour well.
    Add to mixture in pan and stir until thick.
    Remove from heat.
    In 9 x 13-inch glass dish, add half of cauliflower/broccoli; pour half of mixture on top and cover with grated Cheddar cheese.
    Repeat.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 20 minutes.
    Can be prepared 1 to 2 days ahead.
