Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. chopped broccoli
    1 c. low-fat cottage cheese
    2 c. skim milk
    1 (10 oz.) can cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Cook celery, onion and broccoli in a 2 1/2-quart saucepan. Blend cottage cheese in blender until smooth.
    Slowly add milk and beat until smooth. Add chicken soup to milk mixture.
    Add to vegetables and heat until hot.
    Do not let boil.
    Makes 6 servings.
