Swiss Cheese Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 leg or thigh chicken pieces
4 to 6 slices Swiss cheese
1 c. crushed seasoned croutons
1/2 can cream of chicken soup, mixed with 1/4 c. water
Preparation

Place chicken in greased baking dish, bone side down.
Do not season chicken.
Place slices of Swiss cheese to completely cover chicken.
Spread soup over cheese.
Sprinkle generously with crushed seasoned croutons.
Bake until fork-tender, about 1 hour, at 350\u00b0.
Serves 4.
