Corn Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. or 1 c. Jiffy corn muffin mix
1 c. Mazola oil
1 small can pimentos
2 cans cream-style corn
4 eggs
2 tsp. garlic salt
grated cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients (except grated cheese).
Pour into 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
Sprinkle grated cheese on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
