Party Rolls From Jean - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 c. plus 2 Tbsp. warm water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/3 c. melted oleo
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, beaten
    5 c. flour
Preparation
    Mix yeast, sugar and water until dissolved.
    Combine with remaining ingredients, except flour.
    Gradually add flour.
    Knead lightly.
    Place in a covered bowl and let rise 2 hours.
    Punch down and let rise again until double in size.
    Roll out and cut to desired size.
    Let rise in buttered pans 1/2 hour.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 or 15 minutes.
    Yields approximately 50 party size rolls. Freezes well.
