Never-Fail Pie Crust - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 c. plus 1 Tbsp. Crisco
1 beaten egg
1/3 c. cold water
Preparation

Mix flour and salt.
Cut in Crisco until mixture is about the size of a pea.
Beat egg, vinegar and water.
Add to flour mixture.
Divide into 2 parts and roll on floured board.
