Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

16 oz. cottage cheese
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
4 eggs, slightly beaten
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 tsp. vanilla
3 tsp. flour
4 Tbsp. melted butter
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 pt. sour cream
Preparation

Beat cottage cheese in blender until smooth.
Beat first 5 ingredients together; add vanilla, flour, melted butter and cornstarch until blended
Stir in sour cream.
